Help - Scenario Manager: Places Manager

The places manager allows you to create the various practices in your scenarios - GP practices, opticians, vetinary practices, pharmacies.  Each place can have a number of people associated with them, and this data is then used to populate the Rx in your tests.

Managing Places

Add a place

click the add button to create a new place

• enter the place name
• select the place type from the drop down
• enter the address, area and postcode
• click the save button

 

Edit a place

To make changes to the data associated with a place:

• click the edit button alongside the place in the place manager
• make changes to the data in the form
• click the save button to save the changes

Associate people with a place

In order for the system to know which people 'work' in a particular place, you need to assign people to the place.

• click the edit button alongside the place
• under the associated people heading, click the add button
• select the person from the drop down list
• click the add button

The person will then be associated with that place, and appear on Rx in your tests.
